• Oversee the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, from early career through executive roles
• Demonstrated professionalism and sound judgment in stakeholder communication
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques
