Senior Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full technical recruiting vertical, the full-time Senior Recruiting Manager will manage a Senior Recruiter, drive hiring strategies, and improve recruitment processes for Engineering and Data roles in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Engineering and Data recruiting from intake to close across various technical roles
• Directly manage and develop a Senior Recruiter while maintaining a personal requisition load
• Build and execute talent strategies, focusing on long-term pipeline development for challenging and senior roles

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Engineering and/or Data sectors
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders
• Strong expertise in structured interviewing and recruiting process design
• Experience with recruiting analytics to drive measurable improvements
