Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Recruiting to lead the recruiting team and enhance hiring execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive recruitment for VP+ and senior leadership roles, building talent pipelines and managing candidate experiences
- Lead and develop the recruiting team through coaching, performance management, and skill development
- Ensure effective recruiting execution and delivery across all open roles, maintaining high-quality candidate slates and managing hiring manager partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership of recruiters
- 5+ years of full-cycle executive recruiting experience at VP+ levels
- Proven track record in managing recruiting delivery in high-volume environments
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, with expertise in sourcing senior and executive-level talent
