Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive AI and engineering markets
• Design and improve structured onboarding programs and support performance review cycles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting and operations, ideally at a high-growth startup
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical and non-technical roles in competitive markets
• Experience designing and implementing hiring processes and onboarding programs
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-impact environments, such as startups or AI research labs
