Senior Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team within the Core Recruiting function, the full-time Senior Recruiting Manager will partner with senior leaders across various departments to drive workforce planning, enhance hiring strategies, and ensure operational excellence in recruiting processes while working remotely with occasional in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Core recruiters, establishing clear performance expectations and hiring outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities across Customer Experience, Security, ESTO, and People Success
• Analyze pipeline data to drive hiring process improvements, identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes to enhance speed and quality of hire

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role developing recruiting teams
• Proven success in partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategies and workforce planning
• Experience building and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced technology environments
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations
• Familiarity with utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
