Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Recruiting Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience across all stages of the hiring lifecycle
• Manage high-volume and high-complexity interview coordination and logistics
• Implement measurement mechanisms for candidate experience and maintain recruiting data

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or HR operations
• Experience working with an ATS, preferably Ashby
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working with recruiting data and reports
• Interest in AI and automation within recruiting processes
