Senior Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiting Specialist to support its U.S. Infrastructure business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize hiring needs for infrastructure projects
• Source, assess, and present candidates for various technical and professional roles
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in infrastructure, engineering, or construction roles
• Experience managing full cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and regulations
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
