Job Summary

Focusing on Experienced Advisor Recruiting, the full-time Senior Recruiting Specialist will manage and optimize the recruitment process for experienced financial advisors, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while collaborating with various teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute a seamless candidate selection process, ensuring alignment with the Experienced Advisor Recruiting team
• Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance talent acquisition strategies and optimize the candidate pipeline
• Oversee operational logistics for hiring processes, including background checks and job transfers, while ensuring compliance with regulatory trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of Experienced Advisor recruiting experience
• Proven success in leading national recruitment efforts and implementing efficient hiring practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems like Workday and Beamery
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and lead through change in a fast-paced environment
