Job Summary

To support financial institutions in recruiting efforts, the full-time Senior Recruiting Specialist with FINRA Licenses will manage relationships with advisors, develop recruiting strategies, and coordinate outreach initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop leads and build relationships with prospective Financial Advisors through outreach and presentations
  • Create and implement recruiting plans tailored to assigned territories and financial institution partners
  • Act as the primary contact for advisor recruiting, collaborating with management teams and tracking recruitment activities
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as a sales professional with a network of financial advisors
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate compelling value propositions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and advisor business models
  • FINRA Series 7 and 65 or 66 licenses
