Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advocacy and Recruitment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen new Patient Ambassadors while building relationships with clinical trial sites and physician offices
• Manage multiple recruitment programs, ensuring timely project and campaign management
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training new recruits while maintaining patient privacy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years) preferred; MPH, RN, or LPN is a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Experience with patient privacy laws (HIPAA) and adverse event reporting
• Ability to think resourcefully and anticipate challenges in recruitment
• Willingness to collaborate across departments and contribute to broader team goals
