Required Qualifications

• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, particularly in behavioral and technical techniques
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates in specialized verticals, especially legal
• Experience working independently as a contractor or in a project-based role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
