Senior Red Team AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Red Team AI Security Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead red team operations targeting AI/ML systems and simulate adversarial attacks to identify vulnerabilities
• Evaluate AI systems for ethical risks and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with responsible AI standards
• Develop custom tools and frameworks for AI security assessments and conduct research on emerging AI threats

Required Qualifications

• BS degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and frameworks
• Preferred certifications include Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), OSCP, OSEP, or similar
• Expertise with red teaming tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, and Wireshark
