Senior Red Team Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Red Team Cybersecurity Specialist, this remote position will leverage security expertise to conduct covert offensive security assessments, improve organizational resilience against threats, and drive innovation through AI integration while collaborating with a team of cybersecurity professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Covertly exploit vulnerabilities and misconfigurations to enhance security posture
• Lead offensive security assessment activities across all stages of the cyber kill chain
• Develop junior talent and improve operational efficiency through workflow processes and automation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant information security experience, including computer network exploitation
• Expertise in all phases of adversary emulation operations and covert red team testing
• Experience with malware/payload development and offensive security in cloud and on-prem environments
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Go, or C#
• Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative approach to managing client relationships
