Senior Red Team Security Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Red Team Security Engineer to join a full-time remote team focused on bot mitigation and DDoS defense, responsible for designing and executing adversarial simulations against internet-facing infrastructure while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with detection teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute red team engagements targeting bot detection platforms, WAFs, CDN protections, and DDoS mitigation services
• Develop and maintain custom offensive tooling for anti-detect browser automation and TLS fingerprint manipulation
• Research and simulate emerging AI-driven attack vectors, mentoring junior engineers on tradecraft and engagement methodology

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience identifying security issues and developing mitigation plans
• 4+ years of scripting, programming, and security code review in common programming languages
• Knowledge of at least two programming languages: Scala, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go
• Experience in identifying industry-based security vulnerabilities and attack patterns
