Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of red team engagements, ensuring alignment with program standards
• Conduct advanced penetration testing and adversary simulation across various attack surfaces
• Develop and maintain custom offensive tooling and adapt to current threat actor behaviors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a penetration testing or red team role
• Demonstrated experience leading red team engagements across multiple domains
• Experience developing custom offensive tooling and operating command and control frameworks
• Active industry certifications required; advanced offensive security certifications preferred
