Senior Reengineering Specialist
Job Summary
To support a U.S. government client, the full-time Senior Reengineering Specialist will lead complex business-process reengineering, organizational redesign, and performance-improvement initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead enterprise or cross-functional reengineering initiatives across multiple programs and stakeholder organizations
- Analyze missions, policies, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and develop future-state operating models
- Facilitate workshops, develop business cases, and document current-state processes to ensure evidence-based and actionable deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in business-process reengineering and organizational design
- 5+ years of experience supporting Federal civilian or defense organizations
- 5+ years of experience leading complex reengineering initiatives or multidisciplinary teams
- U.S. citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance required at the time of application
