Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Senior Regional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Create efficient schedules
Achieve service level and efficiency goals
Monitor staff movements to ensure SLA's are met

Required Qualifications:

Four-year college degree or equivalent
Minimum 4 years call center experience and/or 2 years' WFM planning experience
Strong strategic thinking and ability to work proactively
Good working knowledge of IEX
Project management experience
