Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Senior Regional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create efficient schedules
  • Achieve service level and efficiency goals
  • Monitor staff movements to ensure SLA's are met

Required Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years call center experience and/or 2 years' WFM planning experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to work proactively
  • Good working knowledge of IEX
  • Project management experience
