Job Summary
Managing a regional partner territory, the full-time Senior Regional Partner Manager will own partner-driven deals, recruit and enable strategic partners, and drive revenue through collaborative go-to-market plans in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the regional partner territory, focusing on partner-driven deals and strategic partners
- Recruit, enable, and evaluate Reseller, MSP, Technology, and GSI partners to ensure robust regional coverage
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to execute successful partnerships and joint marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading channel or field alliances within a SaaS organization
- Strong sales and business acumen, including deal structuring and negotiation
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills for communicating performance metrics
- Deep knowledge of SaaS and experience with cloud software vendors
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders
