Job Summary
Owning and growing the GSI and RSI partner ecosystem across North America, the full-time Senior Regional Partner Manager will drive joint pipeline and partner-sourced revenue while managing strategic relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner-sourced and partner-involved ARR targets, building and managing a healthy joint pipeline with assigned partners
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic regional partners, conducting regular business reviews to track performance
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, coordinating partner enablement and co-marketing programs
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of partner sales, channel management, or alliance experience in B2B enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets
- Experience working with large GSIs or regional SIs in a co-sell capacity
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and pipeline management
- Fluency in Salesforce for pipeline tracking and deal registration
