Job Summary
Driving commercial success for an emerging Workforce AI platform, the remote Senior Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales motion, identify AI use cases, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with account executives and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales motion for Workforce AI solutions, serving as the primary subject-matter expert throughout the deal cycle
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying AI use cases and translating them into compelling value propositions
- Deliver high-impact discovery sessions and business-case presentations tailored to senior leaders in HR, IT, and business sectors
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of direct experience selling AI-driven solutions in workforce, HR tech, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories
- Proven success in selling complex, intangible technologies requiring buyer education and conceptual storytelling
- Experience in a collaborative sales model with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and communicate AI value to diverse audiences
- Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving product space
