Job Summary

Leading the expansion of business within the General Business segment, the full-time Senior Regional Sales Manager will drive strategy, manage a team of Account Executives, and ensure the attainment of sales quotas while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the technology platform, product messaging, and competitor landscape
  • Ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas by leading from the front and implementing sales methodologies
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with representatives of the Open Source community and partner ecosystems
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Strong SaaS sales leadership experience
  • Established executive-level relationships with key accounts
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting
  • Experience in scaling a high-velocity sales function
