Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Registered Apprenticeship SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to employers and industry partners on integrating AI into apprenticeship programs
• Develop AI-related training modules, curricula, and work process schedules for adoption across industries
• Engage with various stakeholders to build pre-apprenticeship and early career pathways into AI-centric RA programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• Deep expertise in the Registered Apprenticeship system and experience scaling RA programs
• Demonstrated experience developing new apprenticeable occupations and competency-based training standards
• Proven track record providing technical assistance to RA sponsors and workforce boards
• Strong technical writing skills with experience producing reports and publications for federal audiences
