Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst

Job Summary

To support product development and regulatory implementation, the full-time Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst will manage customer-facing communications, ensure cross-functional alignment, and provide operational support for backlog visibility and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all customer-facing product communications and documentation, translating complex changes for non-technical audiences
• Serve as a liaison between product development, customer support, and client-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and address functionality inquiries
• Provide oversight into incoming requests and assist in prioritizing work to align team capacity with business priorities and customer impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience
• Experience working cross-functionally between product, operations, and client-facing teams
• Strong ability to translate complex technical or regulatory concepts into clear communication
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or regulated medical environments
