Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager will provide regulatory consultative services, support compliance activities for Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial lines of business, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to state and federal mandates.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing dedicated regulatory guidance and implementation support for Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial lines of business
• Collaborating with business teams to draft client communications on regulatory implementations
• Identifying regulatory risks and proposing innovative solutions in partnership with business stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of health plan, PBM, and/or regulatory experience
• At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• At least 2 years of experience drafting communications for various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
