Senior Regulatory Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Analyst to oversee regulatory review and analysis, audits, and compliance within various healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in regulatory committee meetings to monitor and update stakeholders on new regulations
• Manage compliance requirements and ensure successful implementation for new clients and group implementations
• Act as a liaison for internal and external audits, reviewing feedback and initiating action plans for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health services, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of project management or operations management experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health insurance
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and their operational implications
