Senior Regulatory Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a mission-driven team, the full-time Senior Regulatory Analyst will support broadband and telecommunications initiatives by managing regulatory filings, compliance work, and cross-team coordination in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of JSI initiatives, including partner onboarding and account setup
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory filings for clients while maintaining filing calendars and compliance tracking
• Collaborate across teams to ensure project tasks are on track and communicate progress using project management tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs or related areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
