Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Performing audits of health insurance companies for compliance with the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, the full-time salaried Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst will analyze documentation, develop corrective action recommendations, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct reviews (audits) of company documentation for compliance with MHPAEA requirements
• Analyze documentation for adherence to state and federal legislation
• Draft requests for information and compliance communications to convey audit results

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Four or more years of health insurance regulatory and compliance experience, preferably in auditing
• Mental Health Parity experience
• JD preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat PDF
