Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst will advance compliance across payer relationships and revenue cycle integrity, ensuring adherence to federal and state healthcare program requirements while supporting enterprise-wide privacy and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements across various healthcare programs and monitor changes impacting health plans
• Lead compliance oversight for billing, coding, and reimbursement practices, identifying and mitigating risks related to payment integrity
• Collaborate with internal audit and risk teams to align compliance monitoring with audit plans and contribute to enterprise risk assessments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, revenue cycle, or health plan operations
• Demonstrated expertise in billing, coding, reimbursement, and payment integrity
• Strong knowledge of government healthcare programs such as Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience working with managed care organizations, provider networks, and third-party vendors
• Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements in multi-jurisdictional environments
