Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop analysis and regulatory interpretation of state and federal laws affecting company programs and products
• Coordinate implementation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance and requirements
• Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams and external clients, addressing inquiries and compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs, preferably in a healthcare or managed care environment
• Intermediate experience with legal research applications (e.g., Lexis, Westlaw)
• 2+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid laws/regulations
• Working knowledge of managed care and dental/vision benefit plans
