Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Regulatory Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global chemical reporting obligations and manage timelines for regulatory submissions
• Conduct surveillance of global chemical reporting regulations and assess their impact on the company's portfolio
• Author and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure compliance with global hazard communication regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in chemical regulatory compliance or related fields
• Experience with Global Chemical Regulatory Reporting (CDR, EPR, PFAS)
• Hands-on experience with regulatory or EHS systems, such as SAP EHS
• Experience in authoring and maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels
