Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory oversight for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with institutional and federal guidelines
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready electronic regulatory binders and essential study documents
• Serve as a primary regulatory liaison between investigators, research teams, sponsors, and regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree and 5 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in clinical trials management
• Working knowledge of clinical trials and relevant regulations
• Experience with IRB requirements and consent form development
• Ability to provide training and operational guidance related to clinical trial policies
• Experience in collaborating with legal teams and study personnel
