Senior Regulatory Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and counseling to various business and functional teams
• Identify and manage regulatory legal risks for complex US or global issues
• Collaborate with legal colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate expertise is applied to specialized issues

Required Qualifications:

• JD and licensed to practice law in at least one state and one federal jurisdiction within the US
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, government agency, or corporate environment
• Experience in the device industry and/or healthcare regulatory experience
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements from FDA, CMS, DOJ, and state regulators
• Experience with Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and industry codes governing healthcare professional interactions
