Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded regulatory thought partner to Clinical and Operations teams, providing guidance on clinical practice and regulatory implications
• Partner with Clinical and Compliance teams on policy development and legal interpretation of healthcare regulations
• Translate complex healthcare regulations into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admittance legal experience with significant healthcare regulatory expertise
• Deep understanding of multi-state healthcare regulations, particularly in telehealth
• Experience advising Clinical, Operations, and/or Compliance teams in a healthcare technology environment
• Proven ability to balance compliance obligations with business objectives
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
