A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel, Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle regulatory legal issues and provide strategic advice on licenses and registrations across the Americas
• Monitor and influence trends in payments and financial services regulation, anticipating changes that may impact operations
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and support market entry and expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer with 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong regulatory experience in the fintech industry or financial institutions, particularly in payments and related areas
• Deep understanding of the financial services regulatory environment in the Americas
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive and results-driven with a track record of managing multiple priorities
