Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager / Senior Regulatory Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of contract deliverables, including project plans and schedules
• Provide subject matter expertise on federal rulemaking and oversee regulatory document development
• Direct analysis of public comments and ensure actionable summaries for final rulemaking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Public Policy, Law, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in federal regulatory environments and program/project management
• Strong knowledge of the federal rulemaking process and USDA operations
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
