Job Summary

Supporting the execution and scaling of regulatory activities, the full-time Senior Regulatory Manager will manage approvals and renewals, research state-specific regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the system for renewals and approvals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation
• Research and interpret laws and regulations to identify requirements for market entry and maintenance
• Prepare and submit regulatory applications for new market approvals and course accreditation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant regulatory or compliance experience
• Proven ability to manage complex regulatory submissions across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in designing and scaling regulatory processes in a multi-vertical environment
• Track record of operationalizing regulatory requirements for new market entry
• Comfortable developing AI-generated web apps and utilizing workflow automation tools
