Senior Regulatory Manager - Obesity

Job Summary

Driving regulatory excellence for a key obesity asset, the full-time remote Senior Regulatory Manager - Obesity will manage integrated regulatory planning, align cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness for critical regulatory milestones throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the regulatory product planning lead, maintaining an integrated view of regulatory priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple indications
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Regulatory Product Plan that aligns regulatory objectives, health authority interactions, and major business priorities
• Facilitate regulatory planning forums and manage risks that could affect regulatory execution, ensuring organizational readiness for key program milestones

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of directly related experience, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of directly related experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs
• Experience supporting global regulatory activities within obesity, cardiometabolic, or related therapeutic areas
• Strong understanding of global drug development and regulatory processes, including major regulatory milestones and submission requirements
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while balancing competing priorities and evolving business needs
