Senior Regulatory Manager - Obesity

Job Summary

To support products in the Obesity and Related Conditions Therapeutic Area, the full-time remote Senior Regulatory Manager - Obesity will manage U.S. regulatory strategy, lead FDA interactions, and develop regulatory submissions while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of global regulatory strategy, providing U.S.-specific insights on obesity and related metabolic conditions
• Execute the U.S. regulatory strategy for assigned programs and lead U.S. regulatory submissions in alignment with global filing plans
• Lead Health Authority interactions and manage responses to agency questions to ensure timely and high-quality submissions

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Experience supporting or leading regulatory strategy for programs in obesity or related therapeutic areas
• Strong scientific literacy in obesity and metabolic disease, including relevant clinical endpoints
• Experience leading U.S. labeling strategy and managing timelines in a cross-functional environment
