To drive high-impact regulatory initiatives, the full-time Senior Regulatory Operations Lead will shape Airbnb's regulatory strategy, oversee product programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and interpret global regulatory developments, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement regulatory products that address evolving regulatory landscapes
• Design and oversee comprehensive regulatory product programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management or product operations within regulated industries
• Track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional regulatory product programs
• Experience advising senior decision-makers through data-driven recommendations
• Familiarity with regulatory technology and automation tools
• Proven leadership skills in growing and coaching diverse teams
