Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Regulatory Operations Manager, the successful candidate will develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives to unlock supply growth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regulatory initiatives to support supply growth and mitigate risks
• Lead the creation and management of scaled compliance programs across various verticals
• Analyze strategic opportunities for risk reduction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, or related fields
• Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data utilization; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and quality
• Demonstrated ability to adapt priorities quickly and make informed decisions in dynamic environments
