Job Summary

Leading compliance strategies for the Services and Experiences verticals, the full-time Senior Regulatory Operations Manager will manage stakeholder engagement, process improvements, and data analysis in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a collaborative partner to cross-functional teams, supporting operational needs and identifying process improvements
• Own stakeholder management, project tracking, and documentation while implementing opportunities to streamline regulatory workflows
• Analyze operational and regulatory risks, build reporting infrastructure, and lead change management initiatives to drive efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, regulatory operations, or project management
• Experience leading compliance or regulatory programs at scale
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into system and process solutions
• Bachelor's Degree required
