Senior Regulatory Policy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Senior Manager to support regulatory policy development and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes internal awareness of regulatory policy activities and coordinates communications across functions
• Prepares presentations and communications to align positions and strategies across the organization
• Investigates policy research questions and analyzes regulatory documents to inform strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or 2 years of regulatory experience; OR Master's degree and 4 years of related experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of regulatory experience; OR Associate's degree and 10 years of regulatory experience; OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of regulatory experience
• Preferred: Doctorate or Master's degree in a scientific area with 6 years of regulatory policy experience
• In-depth regulatory experience in the U.S. and knowledge of U.S. legislation and regulations
• Strong team player with a track record of collaboration across functional areas
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
