Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Specialist - Cosmetics / Personal Care, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory activities and ensure compliance with global regulations for cosmetics and OTC products
• Prepare and review regulatory documentation and provide guidance throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology)
• 7+ years of regulatory experience in the CPG industry, with 3+ years in cosmetics and personal care
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and global regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to lead regulatory strategies and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with natural products and botanical ingredients is a plus
