Senior Regulatory Specialist - NY Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements from CMS, DOH, and other channels
• Support the Pharmacy Department in regulatory implementation and coordinate meetings related to the Restricted Recipient Program (RRP)
• Conduct data analysis and manage documentation related to RRP processes and compliance risks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Working knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicaid Services regulations and New York State Department of Health
• Experience in managed care and pharmacy (preferred)
