Senior Regulatory Strategy Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of regulatory intelligence and readiness initiatives, the full-time Senior Regulatory Strategy Specialist will monitor regulatory developments, analyze their impact, and prepare executive-level reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments from various authorities, assessing their applicability and business impact
• Prepare regulatory intelligence summaries, executive briefings, and maintain a structured repository of regulatory information
• Support regulatory examinations and readiness assessments, coordinating document requests and managing examination activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, risk, compliance, public policy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks and the ability to interpret complex regulatory materials
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong project management skills
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations or managing regulatory change programs
