Senior Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to manage hospital reimbursement processes and ensure financial accuracy in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and assist with annual budget and forecasting processes
• Collect and analyze data for government cost report schedules and work with external auditors
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and act as a liaison between Reimbursement and IT report writing teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in hospital reimbursement, including Medicare and Medicaid cost report experience
• Current knowledge of financial statement processes and strong financial skills
• Expertise in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Preferred experience in Medicare medical education reimbursement (IME/DGME)
