Senior Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Analyst (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze third-party denial trends and reimbursement issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Lead and support appeals initiatives, collaborating with internal and external teams to improve success rates
• Conduct detailed analyses of data related to revenue cycle projects and manage the implementation of process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years' healthcare revenue cycle experience, or an Associate degree with 9 years, or HS diploma/GED with 11 years
• 5 or more years of experience with payor contracts, medical terminology, and appeals processes
• 3 or more years of experience with SAS, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms
• 5 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel
