Senior Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

To support net revenue analysis and reimbursement activities for assigned hospitals and payers, the full-time Senior Reimbursement Analyst will perform complex analyses, collaborate with various stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert in reimbursement methodologies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provides advanced analytical and technical support for net revenue reimbursement activities, ensuring process consistency and quality
• Collaborates with reimbursement, accounting, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders to analyze and resolve net revenue issues
• Prepares annual net revenue reimbursement budget models and conducts variance analyses for accuracy and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• Four years of work experience in finance or accounting
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and net revenue methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis
• Experience with contractual reserve analysis and month-end close activities is preferred
