Senior Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To support innovative Chronic Care products, the full-time remote Senior Reimbursement Manager will manage US reimbursement strategies, engage with government payors, and analyze health policy issues to secure coding, coverage, and payment for Coloplast technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute reimbursement strategies that enhance product value propositions
• Engage with government payors and stakeholders to influence coverage, coding, and payment decisions
• Analyze health policy issues and provide insights to shape advocacy efforts and communications

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Medical Device, DME, or managed care sectors
• Strong understanding of reimbursement processes and payment methodologies, including CPT and HCPCS coding systems
• Experience in developing payer advocacy campaigns and policy comments
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including payers and healthcare professionals
