Senior Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete annual cost reports using detailed knowledge of current payment rules and regulations
• Prepare and review monthly and year-end computations of estimated contractual allowances
• Create required spreadsheets to support the audit process of financial statements by outside auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 7 years of experience in a Senior Reimbursement Analyst or equivalent
• Expertise with Medicare and Medicaid regulations in a hospital or federal intermediary setting
• Knowledge of non-governmental third party reimbursement methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
